Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Navaark ("Navaark," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the website located at navaark.com (the "Site"). It does not apply to information exchanged as part of a signed client engagement, which is instead governed by that engagement's written agreement.

Information you provide directly

The Site does not include a contact or lead-capture form. If you reach out by phone, text, or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share through that channel, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and, if you choose to move forward, to scope and deliver the engagement discussed.

Scheduling a call

Booking links on the Site point to Google's appointment scheduling product (calendar.app.google). When you book a time, the information you enter is submitted directly to Google, not to navaark.com, and is handled under Google's own privacy policy. We receive the booking details necessary to hold the call.

Automatically collected information

The Site is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub's hosting infrastructure may log standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, consistent with typical web server logging. Navaark does not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this Site.

Cookies

The Site itself does not set cookies. If you follow a link to a third-party service, such as Google's scheduling tool, that service may use its own cookies under its own policies.

How information is used

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, and, where an engagement moves forward, to deliver the work agreed to. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except: (a) with service providers that support the operation of the Site or a booking (such as Google), (b) as required by law, or (c) as necessary to deliver a client engagement under its own written agreement.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law or an applicable engagement agreement.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions appropriate to a small advisory practice. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@navaark.com. We will honor reasonable requests to the extent consistent with our legal and contractual obligations.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
