About
I've spent 20+ years running data and analytics organizations. I've built and led those teams at Costco, Disney, Seattle Children's, and enterprise SaaS companies, as an employee of each, not as a Navaark client or partner.
That's retail, entertainment, healthcare, and software. Different industries, same job: turn the data an organization already has into decisions people actually act on.
At Costco, that meant supply chain and merchandising numbers at real scale. At Disney, it meant analytics across a business with dozens of moving parts. At Seattle Children's, it meant data that had to be right, because the stakes were higher than a quarterly report. At SaaS companies, it meant building the analytics function from the ground up.
I moved to Northwest Arkansas to work in Walmart's backyard.
I started Navaark because Walmart suppliers need the same caliber of data and AI capability that Costco, Disney, and a children's hospital already have in-house. Most of them don't have it in the building. They have a growing stack of Walmart Data Ventures tools, Scintilla, Scintilla In-Store, and whatever ships next, on top of a pile of Retail Link exports, and no one whose full-time job is turning any of it into forecasting, OTIF performance, scorecards, and retail media results.
That's the gap Navaark fills: a fixed-scope Diagnostic first, then an ongoing Data & AI partnership, including embedded fractional leadership, for as long as it makes sense for both of us.
What that means for you: a Diagnostic run with the same rigor as the enterprise programs I've led, then, if it's a fit, direct ownership of the data and AI work your team doesn't have the bandwidth to staff full-time. No hand-off to a junior analyst, and no dashboard built for its own sake.
Professional experience. These organizations are not Navaark clients, partners, or affiliates.
Tell me about your Walmart business. I'll tell you if the Diagnostic is worth doing.
